**SUMMARY**:
Responsible for the service activities, including Workshop and Pump Room and that the operational efficiency is maximized. Delivering excellent customer service through timely and clear verbal and written communication and the end goal being high customer satisfaction.

At times you will be asked to assist other Service departments within the Cornell group of Companies.

**SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES HOWEVER NOT LIMITED TO**:

- Responsibility for all customer and internal jobs in /out - Diesel Fuel Injection, Workshop & Large Frame
- Monitoring overall sales targets & promoting sales growth
- Creating and cross-checking estimates.
- Liaison with FCT and management and other internal staff to ensure workflow is as efficient as possible
- Monitoring job process and times to complete jobs to ensure labour recovery targets are achieved
- Maintaining the cleanliness of the work area.
- Processing/Handling Warranty issues to achieve a positive outcome for all parties.
- Preparing reports and discussing Business issues with upper Management.
- Sales - Spare parts, inquiries, and taking /processing orders - assist as required
- Phone calls and enquires - responding to technical, sales, and customer needs - assist as required.
- Assist customers with bookings and service inquiries
- Allocating jobs to Mechanics/Technicians
- assist as required.
- Liaison with mechanics, management, and other internal staff to ensure workflow is as efficient as possible
- Ensure customer satisfaction is achieved through clear and timely communication
- Monitoring job progress
- Keeping customers up to date with jobs
- Monitoring job process and times to complete jobs to ensure labour recovery targets are achieved
- Arranging vehicles to be road tested and assist with road testing when required
- Upselling of products (service and parts)
- Overseeing the issuing of reports when required IE labour, sales reports and core returns
- Supervise picking and allocating parts for jobs
- Supervise the processing of part returns/credits
- Ensuring purchase orders are being issued prior to parts being ordered
- Ensuring stock received is being checked against purchase orders
- Following Cornell Management System (CMS) Procedures and Documentation
- Comply with ISO rules and procedures

**KPI RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Labour recovery while maintaining GP%
- Service Sales and Growth
- Parts Sales and Growth while maintaining GP%
- Limiting Rework and Warranty to achieve high customer satisfaction.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Written and verbal communication must be of a high standard and you should be able to communicate concepts and ideas clearly and concisely
- Must have strong ethical values and strong character with self-disciplines
- Respect your superiors, subordinates, and all other stakeholders
- Must be able to deal with customer complaints and respect all customer rights to complain. Must respond promptly and efficiently
- Good time management skills and attention to detail
- Identify and resolve problems in a timely manner
- Neat and tidy appearance
