**The Role**:
The Sources and Content role is to oversee and maintain Streem’s source and content database, content feeds and relationships with existing and prospective news and content partners, ensuring that news and media content is delivered to Streem’s customers in a timely manner.

**Responsibilities include (but are not limited to)**:

- Establishing and maintaining Streem’s source base, including Print, Magazine, Online, Radio, Television, Podcast and Influencer Social content, with our content suppliers and providers, including digital feeds, external and physical media and access to behind the paywall content.
- Maintaining Streem’s relationship with current news and content partners, managing feeds and paywall access, to ensure content is delivered to Streem’s customer base in a timely manner. This includes contacting content partners to improve quality, provide additional content opportunities and troubleshoot errors or processes to improve content delivery.
- Quality Assurance of content feeds and Print/Magazine clips to ensure a high standard of delivery and improving on systems to improve delivery.
- Updating and adding additional data points and data segments to the source base and database as required.
- Overseeing and maintaining digital and physical subscription services.
- Maintaining and updating TV and radio programming data (including syndications) in the database, making optimisations where possible.
- Working with the News Services Manager to determine new source and content opportunities.
- Maintaining the Helpdesk - Sources support channel. Troubleshooting and providing updates on requests and providing relevant details in a timely manner, including setting up new source requests, content troubleshooting and quality control of the content and source base.
- Maintaining the Helpdesk - Data support channel. Providing updates and relevant details on requests in a timely manner.
- Communicating to the major stakeholders and internal teams, i.e. Account Management, Production, Sales, Product and Development and Overnight teams, regarding source base feedback, changes to the source base and troubleshoot source related issues as they arise.
- Assisting in the generation and quality assurance of periodic copyright reporting.

**What skills, experience, and qualifications you'll need**:

- Australian permanent residency or be an Australian citizen
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proactive and enjoys a face-paced environment
- Have a high level of interest in the Australian media landscape
- Positive can-do attitude, energetic, and media-savvy
- Ability to manage conflicting priorities and deadlines while maintaining a sharp attention to detail
- Experience working with Excel, Project Management Tools/CRM tools/Boolean Search is an advantage
- Media/news/content experience highly advantageous
- Experience with Database Management and SQL
