**Position Summary**:
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking **Site Helper** to assist our site supervisors and tradespeople on custom home construction sites. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience and grow within the residential building industry.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist with general on-site tasks such as cleaning, moving materials, and setting up tools
- Support tradespeople and supervisors with day-to-day duties
- Ensure the construction site is safe, clean, and organized
- Load and unload building materials and equipment
- Follow directions and safety procedures at all times

**Requirements**:

- Some experience in construction or a strong interest in the industry
- Physically fit and able to perform manual labor
- Good attitude and willingness to learn
- Reliable and punctual
- White Card (Construction Induction Card) required
- Driver’s license and transport preferred but not essential
