Your Impact
Reporting to the Program Director, your new role as Delivery Manager will see you responsible for the delivery of initiatives within our Payer to Partner (P2P) strategy, particularly using Agile methods.
Working closely with Product Managers, Product Owners, Analysts, Technologists and Operations the Delivery Manager is accountable for:
- Leading a collaborative planning process- Facilitating priority of work based on success sliders, OKR/KPI alignment, team capacity and capability- Providing focus on what is critical path for successful delivery- Proactively managing risks and dependencies- Ensuring all required parts of the organisation are engaged to deliver a coordinated outcome- Ensuring proper governance and reporting to senior leadership and/or Board.
The purpose of this role is to also serve the needs of the team, leading where necessary and following where necessary to achieve the optimal outcome. This includes helping remove obstacles caused by inter-product risks and dependencies, asking the team ‘the hard question’ on time/scope/cost when required, and reach into the team and solve risks or issues that are (or could) impede the team’s progress.
Additionally, you will perform task work related to stakeholder management and communications, supporting change management, tracking budget, helping manage external parties and Group reporting requirements

Your Background
With demonstrated experience working within an agile project management or an agile delivery management role, your ability to turn principles into practices will see you hit the ground running. Additionally, you will have:
- Systematic/process-oriented thinking (ie lean operations, systems thinking)- Previous experience in the continuous delivery of products to market within a start-up or scaleup organisation- Ability to influence in a matrix environment coupled with strong communication skills- Proven experience in building, coaching and developing teams- Proven analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving abilities- A team-first mentality
