**Agile Delivery Manager - NSW Government Department**
Start Date: ASAP

End Date: 12 months

Pay: $1000 - $1100 per day + super (based on your experience)

Hours: 8hr/day 40hr/week

Location: Eveleigh/ WFH

**Responsibilities**
- Translate business objectives into streams of work, aligning technology and business strategy.
- Work closely with Business Relationship Managers, Project Managers, Scrum Masters, Technical Leads, and other leaders to deliver initiatives and products utilising lean and agile project management methods.
- Coach and empower delivery teams to take ownership and accountability for delivery, risk and issue management and assisting by removing blockers.
- Enable and support Strategic Delivery Partners to optimise and deliver valued outcomes from partnered resources.
- Develop a DataOps team environment that supports team engagement and high performance in a diverse, distributed and partnered team.
- Builds strong relationships with internal customers, stakeholders and integration teams to ensure delivery is smooth and customer centric.
- Manage team operations, including portfolio planning, resource, financial and risk management.

**Requirements**:

- At least five (5) years appropriate industry experience (mandatory)
- Experience with integration in a hybrid and multi-cloud enterprise
- **Must have knowledge of Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, BI Report Tools and Data Warehouse
