JLL’s large and experienced Canberra sustainability team has a proven track record of delivering environmental performance improvements for our clients.

**What this opportunity involves**:
As the Building Energy Specialist you will manage and administer a program of NABERS Energy assessments for our federal government and investor clients across Australia.

Whilst conducting NABERS ratings, you will have the chance to identify energy performance opportunities within a range of building types. You will work closely with our Sustainability Managers and clients to see these opportunities come to life.

**A snapshot of the role**:
Administering the JLL NABERS program - which includes ~100+ NABERS energy and water rating - allocating resources from a pool of assessors, scheduling and reporting on the process of each rating
Completing 10-20 NABERS ratings each year, across Australia
Identifying opportunities to improve building performance while completing the site visits required of each rating
Participating in broader sustainability projects in the areas of your interest and expertise - including developing project business cases, assisting with implementation, and monitoring and verification
