**About You**
At Danny Met Sally, we are on a journey to raise the standard of care provided to people living with a disability. We’re looking for Support Workers to help us continue our strong foundation across Sydney.

As a Disability Support Worker, you are employed to provide support to individuals with all levels of disability to enable them to live their best lives. Person centred care is vital for our clients. Workers will need to understand the true meaning of a person-centred approach.

**Mandatory Compliance**
As part of your role and in addition to our values, our team require mandatory compliance:

- 6-12 months minimum experience as a Support Worker
- Relevant tertiary qualification
- NDIS Worker Screening Check, or Police Check & WWCC
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
- COVID-19 Vaccination with Booster
- COVID-19 Infection Control Training
- Driver’s License & Car
