**About Us**
Located in the heart of **Church Street, Parramatta**, Restaurant 317 is an **award-winning** and **coeliac-accredited** restaurant, renowned for our **modern Italian menu with a Mediterranean influence**. As the **longest-standing restaurant on Church Street**, we take pride in delivering high-quality dishes with fresh, premium ingredients in a fast-paced and exciting environment.

**The Role**
We’re looking for talented and reliable assistant manager who are passionate about impeccable service, and leading by example. You’ll be working alongside an experienced team, creating top-tier memorable experiences while ensuring a professional service and a friendly family environment for the team.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **Minimum 2 years of experience** in a fast-paced Restaurant.
- Strong understanding of **Italian and Mediterranean cuisine**.
- Ability to maintain **high standards**and **instilling protocols** and **procedures are followed**.
- Experience with **coeliac-friendly/gluten-free preparation** and **dietary and allergy understanding** is preferred.
- A **"can-do" attitude**, strong work ethic, and excellent teamwork skills.
- Ability to **thrive under pressure** in a busy front of house environment.
- Availability for **nights and weekends**.
- **Must have full working rights in Australia** (all working visas must have a minimum of **1 year validity**).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
