**Who we’re looking for**:
We are looking for an experienced administration professional to join our Systems Team based in the Port of Brisbane Office. In this role the System Support Officer will be responsible for the daily support and administration of the commercial systems across the Group. Additionally, you will be involved in investigating, developing, implementing, and supporting changes to BMD commercial systems.

Drawing on your excellent communication and people skills, you will build positive relationships across all levels, and administer the following tasks:

- Provide business unit support around commercial systems.
- Identification and resolution of issues for BMD’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.
- Revise and update commercial system documents.
- Work with business units to design, create and implement business processes within systems used.
- Develop and document processes and procedures for the commercial system.
- Production of ad-hoc reporting required due to business requirements.
- Ensure always that when performing duties, the BMD culture and values are being observed, including but not limited to listening to constructive feedback and encouraging new ideas about how the business commercial systems can be improved.
- Attention to detail
- Willingness to work constructively and collaboratively
- 3 years experience working with commercial systems
- Ability to work as part of a team and collaboratively with the broader BMD businesses
- Prior experience working with the financial management system Jobpac is highly desirable
