It involves user support, system monitoring, and coordination with vendors to maintain high system reliability and service standards.Provide responsive support to users, including troubleshooting, system testing, and escalating issues where required.Log, monitor, and follow up on service requests with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and high-quality outcomes.Maintain accurate records of system issues and resolutions while contributing to staff training on system use and procedures.About you:This role requires a reliable and professional individual who can effectively support ICT operations in a clinical environment, contributing to team-based service delivery and continuous improvement.
