**About the role**:
An exciting opportunity has become available for a motivated and ambitious Accounts Receivable and Billings Officer to join a large and highly reputable company on a permanent basis. The company is based in the North West/Shore and they offer hybrid working arrangements. Our client is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced accounts receivable officer who is eager to learn and utilise their current skill set. They are well-known leaders in the aged-care industry and are known for having a supportive culture, where everyone is valued.

**The Responsibilities**:
Your daily duties will include but not be limited to:

- Full Function Accounts Receivable responsibilities
- Billings
- Processing of Aged Care Facilities’ billing and receipting transactions in a timely and efficient manner.
- Handle all the relevant queries in relation to Admissions, Discharges, fees, refund, and Funding related issues from internal and external stake holders.
- Monthly funding reconciliation with Medicare and ensure that accurate rates have been charged to each client.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders.

**The successful applicant**
- 3+ years n Accounts Receivable
- Prior experience in the aged-care or government is advantageous
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong communication skills as a priority and a positive attitude and be a keen learner.
