**The role**:
**Your day-to-day**:

- Generate and issue accurate and timely invoices to customers for products/services rendered
- Record and process incoming payments, including checks, credit card payments, and electronic transfers
- Follow up with customers to collect overdue payments and initiate appropriate collection efforts
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries regarding accounts and billing discrepancies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer billing issues and disputes
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer accounts and transactions

**Who you are**:

- Proven experience as an Accounts Receivable Officer
- Previous experience in the education sector is a bonus
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and internal teams
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations professionally
