**ABOUT THE ROLE**

We are looking for a reliable, friendly, and fast learning data entry enthusiast to join our Stock Management Team. You will be joining a team of Stock Management specialists who are responsible for reviewing all stock nationally. As a Stock Management Coordinator, you will partner with internal stakeholders to ensure stock is being released and proposed to sale in a timely manner to ensure maximum returns for vendors and provide a positive experience for buyers.

This is a 6-month fixed term, full-time position, working Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5.00pm from our Salisbury Plain branch. In this role, we are looking for someone with high attention to detail, strong communication skills and enthusiasm for change.

**Your key responsibilities will include**:

- Generate reports daily to review the current status of stock onsite nationwide.
- Identify what is stopping assets from going to sale.
- Manage vendor requests and work to resolve any issues within the agreed timeframes.
- Consult with internal Business Units, VMT and Sales Agents nationwide to make sure their stock is released and proposed for sale in a timely manner to achieve targets.
- Reviews and manages oldest day stock onsite and updates the notes against the stock in our stock management system.

**ABOUT YOU**

To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following skills and experience:

- Basic computer knowledge - intermediate experience preferred.
- Sound data entry or administration skills
- Ability to meet strict deadlines.
- High attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Enjoy working in a team environment.
