**Job Purpose**

An exciting opportunity for a Warehouse Administrator to join our growing team

This role will be responsible for all administration activities for the site, focusing on general administration, transport bookings, preparing export documents and liaising with other divisions for export shipments and assist with cycle counting process and adjust inventory levels through the system if any discrepancy after investigation that meets customer expectations.

This role will also take control of key admin activities related to Invoicing billing, data entry and compliance.

**Key Accountabilities**
- Handle data entry for stock movements
- Maintain and update inventory records in the WMS
- Record incoming and outgoing shipments and ensure proper documentation
- Prepare shipping and receiving documentation, including customs forms if applicable
- Verify and process supplier delivery notes, invoices, and purchase orders
- Track inventory levels and report any discrepancies or shortages
- Ensure proper documentation for audits and inspections
- Track and report on warehouse productivity
- Maintain records of damaged or lost inventory
- Assist in preparation of Safety Audits
- Keep records of equipment maintenance and service schedules
- Maintain record-keeping systems and operating procedures
- Generate, verify, and process supplier invoices, ensuring accuracy in pricing, quantities, and terms
- Resolve discrepancies between invoices and received goods by liaising with suppliers and warehouse teams

**Qualifications, Skills and Experience**
- Experience in administration or customer service
- Understanding of warehouse operations or mining, desired
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Able to prioritize and multi task
- Strong time management skills
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and warehouse management software.
- Able to problem solve
