**The Position**

This is a permanent, full time role with an international logistics service provider, offering door to door industry leading services. Through customer focused concepts this Australian Freight Forwarder, optimises logistics solutions across the international supply chain industry.

Report to the General Manager and assist with inbound and outbound warehouse administration. There will also be some pick and pack involved but mostly office work.

**About the Role and You**

To be able to successfully perform in this role, you must be able to demonstrate:

- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to multitask and prioritise
- Proven administrative experience in warehouse and cartage
- Experience with packing lists, connotes, shipper instructions, commercial documents
- Proven ability booking timeslots and coordinate transport
- Positive and determined with a customer focused attitude
- Accurate data entry and good numeric skills
- Cargowise would be highly considered or similar EDI
- Excellent verbal and written English
- Forklift not essential but would be useful
- Permanent Australian work rights
