In this full-time, permanent position, you will be responsible to ensure that all aspects of warehouse administration functions are carried out within the required timeframes and client requirements are met.

Duties will include:

- Manage inbound and outbound stock movements
- Update and maintain warehouse management system
- Receive and process customer orders, ensure order dispatched on time
- Prepare relevant documentation and labels
- Liaison with warehouse staff to facilitate pick and pack
- Obtain transport quotes and coordinate deliveries
- Assist with forklift operation as required
- Approve job costings and raise invoices
- Assist nationally with any overflow as required

Working in a fast paced small team environment you will be a proactive team player with strong work ethic, high accuracy, and attention to detail. Highly developed customer service skills with the ability to communicate with customers, service providers and internal departments. Exceptional time management with the ability to multitask and work to deadlines. Experience in using Cargowise preferred.
