About the role
Are you an experienced cleaner looking for a full-time role with a reputable company? Jim's Cleaning, a leading provider of professional cleaning services, is seeking a dedicated Cleaner to join our team in Dallas, VIC 3047. As a Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of a variety of residential and commercial properties across multiple locations in Melbourne, ensuring our clients' highest satisfaction.
What you'll be doing
Perform thorough cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and sanitising within allocated time frames
Use cleaning equipment and products safely and efficiently
Adhere to cleaning checklists and protocols to deliver consistent, high-quality results
Maintain open communication with clients and provide excellent customer service
Report any issues or concerns to the team leader
Contribute to a collaborative and positive work environment
What we're looking for
Previous experience as a cleaner, preferably in a commercial or residential setting
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness
Ability to work efficiently and independently, with a strong focus on time management
Good communication skills and a customer-oriented approach
Reliable, punctual, and flexible with your availability
Demonstrated ability to follow instructions and adhere to safety protocol
Must have a valid driver's licence and your own reliable car to travel between different work locations across Melbourne
