**Job Description**:
Partner with an inclusive not-for-profit provider on their portfolio; proudly supporting more than 80,000 people each year from all over South Australia.
- Ensure all planned preventative maintenance is executed in accordance with schedules
- Liaise and negotiate with landlords with respect to Lessor works required at leased sites
- Triage and manage tenancy maintenance requirements at leased sites
- Ensure building compliance is maintained
- Develop and build strong working relationships with all stakeholders, including Tenants, Owners, Service Providers and the Client.
- Co-ordination of reactive works supported by the Colliers Call Centre and ensure all works are satisfactorily completed to a high quality and in a professional manner.
- Manage all areas of risk to ensure that both Colliers and its client is effectively mitigated.
- Undertake formalised, documented inspections of the property averaging 2-3 per week. A fleet vehicle is available for inspections (Occasional Regional travel required to Mt Gambier, the Riverland and Port Augusta).
- Implement the appropriate Colliers International procurement process in relation to the property ensuring that any recurring expenditure forms part of a formalised contract. Adopt standard procedures and tools to ensure transparency.
- Manage varying projects, such as plant upgrades or floor fit-outs
- Attend regular meetings with the client and their site managers

**Qualifications**:

- Facilities, Projects or Building Management role, in a commercial, retail or residential environment
- Strong time management skills, including the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise
- Experience using computer based building maintenance and management systems
- Ability to build trusted relationships with all stakeholders
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- This role entails travelling to different sites across South Australia. A valid driver's license is required
- Previous experience managing fitouts or small projects is highly desirable
- An understanding of building services Essential
- An ability to read and comprehend technical documents
- An ability to read and comprehend legislative documents
- A strong teamwork ethic
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills, with an empathetic nature;
