**About the role at QBE**
An exciting 12-month contract opportunity to join our team as a Sales & Retention Centre Manager reporting into the Head of Customer Delivery and Growth. You will be responsible for delivering sales & retention strategy for the CoCE channel for Consumer portfolio. Looking to maximize new business growth and retention to deliver top line GWP and customer growth target whilst delivering superior customer and people experiences. The role is responsible for setting and leading a strong sales & retention culture focused on customer and driving strong people engagement.

**Mid Level** - A role for someone with some well-developed knowledge and skills they can bring to the role and team. Typically within 2-5 years of experience.
**Responsibilities**
- Adoption and Success Management - Support customers gain value from the product / service. Including check-ins, training, addressing blockers to adoption, and providing best practice advice
- Customer Advocacy and Feedback - Advocate for customers by providing feedback to internal teams on how to better meet customer needs
- Relationship Building - Maintain trusted relationships with key stakeholders to help them achieve their goals, and grow revenue and usage.
