You won’t just oversee day-to-day production—you’ll lead strategic initiatives to improve safety, quality, efficiency, and performance across the plant. **What your days looks like**:

- Champion a culture of continuous improvement using lean principles to deliver safety, quality, attainment and efficiency targets.
- Work cross-functionally to solve production challenges and drive results
- Manage capacity planning and ensure resources align with production demand
- Develop and inspire Team Leaders to build a high-performing workforce
- Engage in site leadership initiatives that shape the future of our operations

**The Ingredients for Success**:

- 10+ years in manufacturing, with 5+ years in senior leadership (food industry a bonus)
- Strong leadership and coaching capability
- Deep understanding of production planning, lean, and safety/quality systems
- Track record of building and leading high-performing teams
- Exceptional problem-solving, organisation, and communication skills
- Strategic thinker with a focus on long-term improvement
- Thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
- Relevant tertiary qualifications required
