**What is Inclusive Employment Australia (IEA)?**

Inclusive Employment Australia (IEA) is a national employment program led by Endeavour Foundation that empowers people with intellectual disability to prepare for, gain and sustain meaningful open employment. It focuses on person-centred support, employer engagement, and creating lasting inclusion in the workforce.

**About the Role**

At Endeavour Foundation, we’re all about possibility. As a **Claims Consultant**, you’ll play a key role in ensuring accurate and timely processing of Employment Outcome claims across our sites — supporting the financial sustainability and compliance of our Employment Services portfolio.

You’ll work collaboratively with internal teams to verify and lodge claims, track progress, and maintain data integrity — ensuring that every claim meets contractual and compliance requirements.

**What You’ll Be Doing**
- Process Employment Outcome claims in line with IEA DEED guidelines and internal procedures.
- Verify and collate supporting documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Maintain data integrity across systems and assist with audits and internal quality checks.
- Track claim progress, identify issues, and collaborate with site teams to resolve discrepancies.

- High compliance rate across claim audits and internal reviews.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to compliance.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and confidence with digital systems.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in Employment Services (Workforce Australia, DES, IEA, or similar) is highly desirable.
- Prior experience in claims processing, data entry, or administration will set you up for success.
