**Now Hiring** | Australia’s number one retail destination for women’s shoes showcased from Europe. In partnership with The Talent Mill Recruitment division - we are now seeking a Ecommerce Marketing Manager to join their team.

As the Ecommerce & Marketing Manager, your role is to optimise the E-Commerce sites in order to increase online sales and deliver an amazing shopping experience for our valued customers; achieving this by taking advantage of latest online consumer technologies and trends and managing website content to ensure site features are aligned to our trade and marketing activities.

Day to day this role will see you:

- Plan, develop and maintain all brand websites under the Peter Sheppard umbrella to deliver a world-class online shopping experience
- Improve rating of website via proactive SEO and SEM activities
- Manage and execute the back-end setup for new products
- Act as the gate keeper of all web content, updating product information and content on the website and ensuring what is published is accurate and engaging and of high quality
- Meet and exceed online sales targets; grow comp sales year on year
- Website performance analytics / Google Analytics - assess how well the products on the website are performing and market them to maximise sales; provide regular reporting on website performance, user behaviour and success of initiatives
- Effectively manage the E-Commerce and digital marketing budget to maximise ROI and minimise the cost of doing business through clever solutions and win-win vendor relationships
