**The Role**:
Maxima, and our Host Employer, are seeking an efficient and driven individual to join a small but busy legal team and work as a Legal Administration Trainee.

This full-time corporate role will see you working alongside professional lawyers to provide timely and proficient administrative assistance, whilst studying to achieve a nationally recognised **Certificate III in Business**.

**Duties Include**:

- Meet and greet clients on reception
- Maintain and update client data
- Document and file management (photocopying, scanning)
- Manage staff calendars and client bookings
- Additional administrative duties as required including banking

**About You**:

- Ability to build rapport with a variety of individuals
- Exceptional communicator, written and verbal
- Fantastic attention to detail
- A “can do attitude” and a willingness to learn
- Ability to stay organised and meet deadlines

**Role Requirements**:

- Current driver’s licence and own vehicle
- Great sensitivity to private and confidential information
- Proficient computer and typing skills, including Microsoft Office
