
Executive Support Coordinator

As the Executive Support Coordinator - People and Capability you will provide high-level business support and coordination of a broad range of business activity across the People & Capability division.
This role actively supports the Executive Director, People & Capability to deliver on key business activities by providing high-level administration support, generating a range of correspondence, briefings, reports, monitoring and evaluating systems, undertaking research, providing project management administration, and maintaining effective records management.
The role requires a professional, proactive self-starter with strong skills in communication, organisation and planning, team work and stakeholder relations.
The ability to work with limited supervision in a complex, sensitive and fast paced environment where adapting to changing priorities is essential.
**What we are looking for**:

- Extensive experience in the provision of high-level administrative support within a Human Resources environment with demonstrated ability to align an administrative function to divisional goals and objectives.
- Excellent written communication and stakeholder management skills including the ability to prepare clear, concise and accurate documentation and effectively liaise with a range of stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to manage confidential matters with tact and diplomacy, maintain impartiality and professionalism and take a strong ethical stand to protect against conflicts of interest.
