About the OPPORTUNITY
We have a new opportunity for a Training Specialist to join our project based in Adelaide at the Osborne Naval Shipyard, reporting to the IM&T Training Lead.
We embrace flexible work arrangements at BAE Systems Australia, such as working a 9-day fortnight and hybrid working.
This is a 12 month, fixed-term contract.
As a Training Specialist you will design and deliver enterprise-level training programs, focusing on supply chain systems. They ensure employees have the skills to effectively use these systems and collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess needs and conduct engaging sessions.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and tailor content for relevance to specific user groups.
- Design, update, and deliver engaging training materials and sessions using various formats and methods.
- Administer assessments, gather feedback, and analyse results for continuous program improvement.

About YOU
- Proven experience in training and development, using Camtasia, Captivate and Articulate Storyline
- Proven experience in Learning Management Systems
- Proficiency in instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
- Ability to adapt training approaches to diverse learning styles and preferences.
- Familiarity with e-learning platforms and tools (Articulate Storyline, Camtasia, Adobe Captivate) is preferred.
