About the Role
The Principal, Rehabilitation & Return to Work provides professional leadership and support to all workers compensation, income protection and health management processes occurring across Metro South. As a member of the Metro South Health, Safety & Wellbeing leadership team the role works closely with:
- Rehabilitation & Return to Work professionals and Human Resources leaders throughout the HHS to ensure durable return to work outcomes are achieved.
- Other members of the Health, Safety & Wellbeing leadership team to ensure incidents and injuries are comprehensively investigated and actions to prevent recurrence are implemented.
- Partner government and non-government organisations, including insurers and rehabilitation / return to work providers, to ensure Metro South receives the support and coordination required to manage rehabilitation and return to work matters effectively.
