Location: Brisbane, QLD (Relocation support available)
Experience Level: 15–25 years
About the Role
- We are seeking a Greater Brisbane based accomplished Senior Environmental Consultant / Principal with 15–25 years of experience to work with the senior leaders within EHS Support. This is a seller-doer leadership opportunity with a clear equity/shareholding path. You will not only deliver complex projects but also play a pivotal role in business development, client success, and team growth. We welcome applications from both individual leaders and established teams seeking a new platform to grow. What You’ll Do
- Lead client engagement across the industrial sectors (focussed on contaminated land) and/or the mining rehabilitation sector.
- Deliver technically challenging projects in contaminated land, site rehabilitation (industrial and/or mining), compliance, and beneficial reuse of waste.
- Mentor and develop high-performing multidisciplinary teams, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and professional excellence.
- Provide strategic environmental advice on regulatory policy, assurance, compliance, and remediation.
- Actively pursue new opportunities, contributing to business development and revenue growth through a proven seller-doer approach.
- Contribute to company strategy and future planning, helping to shape the growth of our Australian and international business.
What We’re Looking For
- 15–25 years’ environmental consulting experience, with a strong background in contaminated land management.
- Accredited environmental auditors will attract additional compensation support
- Proven seller-doer track record with measurable business development success.
- Recognized leadership ability: delegation, team building, and driving both sales and group growth.
- Technical expertise in rehabilitation, compliance frameworks, EMS, and regulatory strategy.
