**GJS is a dynamic, Australian-owned business headquartered in Revesby and we’re currently looking for an experienced, self-motivated and customer-focused person to join our support team as a Technical Support Specialist in Queensland.**

We have a passion for our people and are proud of our fast-paced, high-energy, team-orientated environment, so to land this role you’ll need to have the following skills:

- Previous experience servicing and supporting digital equipment
- Background in electronics
- Valid driver’s licence
- Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills
- Highly organised, efficient time management and reliable
- High attention to detail and quality focus
- Professional personal presentation
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite

**Bonus points if you also have**
- Previous experience within the digital printer market
- Familiarity with Salesforce Service Cloud/Field Service Lightning
- Familiarity with SAP Business One
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite of graphics software

**What you’ll be doing each day**:

- Providing remote and/or on-site technical support to ensure GJS customers can enjoy maximum up-time and production
- Hitting the road and installing new printing equipment
- Remote and on-site product training for GJS customers
- On-site scheduled servicing of existing GJS printer install base
- Assisting the sales and customer services teams in maintaining GJS' exceptional customer service standards
- Develop and maintain all support and service process documentation and the GJS knowledgebase

**Working Hours**:

- Monday to Friday: 8am―4.30pm
