We’re seeking a Technical Support Officer to join our team on initial 3 month contract to provide onsite technical support to new desktop and laptops that have been provisioned.

This contract has an immediate start date commencing Monday 1st August

**Your day at NTT**
- Installation and support of laptops
- Install, configure and setup new users laptop SOE
- Troubleshoot connectivity issues
- Install new devices for new desktops
- Create new user accounts and permissions with AD
- Escalate hardware issues to the vendor

**What would make you a good fit for this role?**
- Graduate of Information Technology is highly desired
- Ability to provision and setup new desktops and workstations
- Windows 7,8,10
- Active Directory
- File and Print Server
- Willingness to travel to Soutbank and Brisbane CBD and work on-site
