**Project Administrator** to join our client's high performing Perth based team. Our client offers its services to water authorities, local government entities, mining companies, and various corporations. As the
**Project Administrator,** you will play a crucial role in supporting project activities, ensuring smooth operations and effective coordination. You will work closely with the Construction Manager and demonstrate flexibility as the business grows and priorities change. Strong communication skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Offer comprehensive project support, administration, and coordination to the team.
- Aid in vendor management activities such as creating vendor profiles, generating purchase orders, managing goods receipts, and coordinating invoices.
- Establish structured workflow and job setup procedures to enhance efficiency.
- Compile and assist in the preparation of project reports, including tracking progress and summarizing financial aspects.
- Prepare, review, and format project documents and presentations with a keen focus on accuracy and consistency.
- Assist the project team in managing timelines, budgets, and reporting requirements.
- Act as a liaison between stakeholders, suppliers, and associates to ensure timely delivery of project objectives.
- Schedule and organize meetings, facilitating effective communication and coordination among team members.
- Navigate budget spreadsheets and work within predefined parameters to manage project finances.
- Oversee and implement project processes across various systems.
- Maintain precise filing and document control, including version management for easy retrieval and reference.

**Desirable Experience / Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 2 years' experience in Project Administration.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft computing suite of software.
- Experience with Xero Accounting Software is desirable.
- Ability to be flexible in the role and balance duties as necessary.
- Professional manner and courteous communication skills
