**About the Company**:
Our client is a large manufacturing company who services clients within the building, mining and construction industry.
**About the Role**:
We are seeking a friendly and motivated Payroll and HR Officer to provide end-to-end payroll and generalist HR duties to the Brisbane team. ASAP start
**Duties**:

- Processing payroll on a fortnightly basis using MYOB
- Prepare compliance reporting including payroll tax, superannuation, PAYG and child support payments
- Prepare and maintain payroll, HR and staff reporting
- Maintain time keeping system and weekly submission of timesheets
- Update and maintain HR policies and procedures
- Onboarding and offboarding of staff
- Document management and filing
- Prepare bank and credit card reconciliations
- Assist line managers as directed

**About You**:

- Minimum 5 years experience in similar role
- Experience in the construction industry is advantageous
- Excellent communication skills
- High data entry and attention to detail skills
- Experience using MYOB, Strumis and Rostek desirable but not essential
- Ability to work in teams and autonomously
- Able to multi-task and work in a dynamic environment
