Boasting a freshly refurbished lobby, rooms, restaurant and cafe, with one of the largest conference and events facilities within the Melbourne portfolio.

Novotel Melbourne Preston require a peoples person to join a diverse and energetic team as our next **Food and Beverage Supervisor.**

**What's required to be successful**:

- 1 - 2 years’ experience within the Food, Beverage and Conference sector.
- Ability to work weekends.
- Strong focus and passion for hotel operations.
- Sound understanding of emerging trends in the industry.
- Possession of impeccable attention to detail and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and lead a team to deliver successful operations.
- Flexible and able to embrace and respond effectively to change.
- Ability to facilitate corporate and social events.

**What's involved**:

- Continuously solve and respond to issues surrounding operations
- Prepare, manage and assist in facilitating event activities
- Organise equipment and people during an event
- Own the shifts that you are working and prepare for future events
- Training and guiding new starts and assisting the restaurant manager
