Bar Supervisor

We’re looking for an experienced **Bar Supervisor** to lead our bar team, deliver exceptional service and keep operations running smoothly during busy shifts.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Supervise and motivate the bar team during service
- Prepare and serve a wide range of cocktails (classics + Mexican-inspired)
- Maintain stock control,
- Ensure compliance with licensing, health & safety
- Handle cash-ups, tills and end-of-shift reports
- Train and develop junior staff

**Requirements**:

- **Minimum 2 years’ supervisory experience** in a bar or hospitality venue
- **Strong cocktail knowledge** - ability to craft drinks quickly and accurately
- Confident leading a team under pressure
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Flexible availability (evenings, weekends, late nights)

Pay: From $33.71 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
