**About you**:
To be considered, you will have:
- Qualifications in IT and/or Business-related disciplines
- Proven experience in leading and managing large, cross-functional teams.
- Experience in business acquisitions and mergers - highly advantageous.
- Excellent strategic planning and project management skills.
- Experience with partnering with vendors to design and deliver solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to new environments/systems, respond to changing demands.
- Aged & Community Care sector experience desirable.
- A genuine alignment to BaptistCare’s mission, purpose and values.
