**About us**
- Group Technology, our IT division at Fletcher Building acts as a centre of excellence to provide delivery of IT services, high quality insights, guidance and advice on all aspects of IT and technical infrastructure across the Fletcher Building Group.
- The Small Projects Team is part of our Delivery function within Group Technology. The team’s primary objective delivery is to provide project delivery support and oversight to business units within the group. This support is provided from a pool of project management and technology professionals based on the specific needs of the business unit and the project being delivered.

**About the Role - This role can be based in Sydney or Brisbane**
- As Project Coordinator - Small Projects, you will be charged with directly managing small projects for nominated business units. You will be accountable for achieving the agreed project objectives, assisting with planning the scope of the project and delivering to target dates using the agreed financial and human resources. You may also be required to support the Senior Project Managers and ensuring that projects meet their objectives. This includes setting management processes, monitoring project delivery and completion of necessary project level reporting.

**About You**

With a proactive approach and an understanding of what drives business success, you will be highly successful in assessing and making improvements to processes with ability to translate customer needs into project outcomes. You will have a proven track record in planning projects within time and budget constraints as well as strong people management ability, from liaising with external contractors to motivating and managing staff.
