**Job Description**:
We are currently seeking a talented Compliance Manager to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring TPRC adheres to legal standards and in-house policies, while identifying risks and developing appropriate mitigation strategies.

To excel in this position, you must have a solid understanding of legal guidelines and corporate governance best practices. Your unwavering commitment to high ethical standards and diligent work approach will be instrumental in fulfilling your responsibilities. You will confidently make tough decisions when needed, while maintaining a keen focus on commercial awareness and achieving results.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop, implement, and maintain the company's risk management and compliance programs.
- Ensure that all policies, procedures, and processes align with applicable regulations and standards.
- Conduct risk assessments and analyze results to identify areas for improvement.
- Communicate risk and compliance information to various internal and external stakeholders, including senior management and regulatory bodies.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry developments and regulations, providing guidance and recommendations for the company's response.

**Qualifications**:
We are seeking someone with prior experience in Compliance and Risk roles, who possesses a clear vision of excellence and is eager to introduce new ideas and approaches to TPRC. This role is perfect for someone ready to make a significant impact in an environment that values trust and autonomy. You should be comfortable working in a small (but growing) team, capable of thinking strategically, and willing to take ownership of tasks, including ensuring completion of required training modules.

**Key Requirements**:

- Proven experience in Compliance and Risk roles.
- Strong knowledge of industry standards and regulations, including Data Protection and Privacy, Modern Slavery, Insurance, HR, and Immigration.
- Excellent understanding of reporting procedures and record keeping.
- Business acumen combined with a commitment to legal compliance.
- Methodical and diligent with exceptional planning abilities.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to navigate complex procedures and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Relevant degree or industry certification would be advantageous.
- Sense of humor and willingness to roll up your sleeves and get things done.
