**Job Description**:
**You'll be responsible for**:
- Managing all systems support, ensuring timely and effective resolution of software-related issues and incidents.
- Serving as the primary point of contact for the Managed Service Provider (MSP), ensuring effective communication, collaboration, and adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).
- Developing and maintaining documentation, including standard operating procedures, knowledge base articles, and user guides.
- Oversee the management of licenses and software assets, ensuring compliance with vendor agreements and optimizing resource allocation.
- Creating and rolling out user training, improving the onboarding of new employees and helping to build a strong technical culture.
**Qualifications**:
**About you**:
- You have experience working with Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and familiarity with managing outsourcing engagements.
- You have excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and deliver training that really helps people.
- You have a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing best practices.
