**THE ROLE - **based in our Cheltenham office - Melbourne

To aid the Product Team in the smooth delivery of all APT and Travelmarvel products for New Zealand touring. You will help meet our product timelines to ensure product goes to market in a timely manner.

Product Coordinators assist with the following activities
- Manage the Product Inboxes and distribute information where required
- Ensuring Packages and Tour Notes and Tour Variations are set up correctly into our systems
- Ongoing management of hotel inventory to maximise selling opportunities and maintain supplier relationships
- Prepare cancellation advice where needed
- Send Monthly Sales Reports to suppliers
- Creation of passenger itineraries and loading of passenger itineraries
- Work with Digital Marketing to ensure the offers are available for sale on the website
- Creation and updating of various flyers and documentation for tour clients
