**Company Background**: Right at Home is a leading home care provider with over 600 offices around the world. We provide a wide range of care services all designed to help our clients stay in their homes. Our home care services include companion, personal, nursing, respite, transportation, aged, disability, and palliative care.

**Purpose of Position**: This role is customer focused and involves consulting with families, preparing in home care assessments, and drafting care plans to best meet client requirements. This position is responsible for recruiting, training, and managing the performance of our carers.

**Duties include**:

- Managing the complex scheduling requirements for community care workers
- Dealing with a range of seniors and frail elderly customers and their families daily. This role will handle anything from information requests, feedback, general enquiries to complaints
- Ensuring all client contact is managed in an empathetic, friendly, interested, and patient manner to quickly build rapport, trust, and confidence in Right at Home.
- Providing client and family education on the nature of services that are available and the effect and benefit of the care plan.
- Preparing in-home care assessments and drafting care plans to best meet client requirements
- Managing complex government funded cases as well as private pay clients
- Recruiting, training, and managing the performance of the care team
- Participating in community activities or committees as requested
- Ensuring highest quality service is consistently delivered
- Assisting management with business development opportunities across a range of referral sources
- Operate and maintain care planning and scheduling technology
- Ensure all documentation is accurately and comprehensively completed in Right at Home databases and software programs in accordance with organisation policies and procedures and legislative frameworks.

**Qualifications**:

- National police check
- Current First Aid and CPR
- Reliable source of transportation required
- Comprehensive Car Insurance
- If EN - Current AHPRA registration & Professional Indemnity Insurance

Schedule:

- Day shift
- On call

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Manly, QLD 4179: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driver Licence (required)
