**Right at Home Bayside** is a respected service provider in the Brisbane Bayside area. We pride ourselves on providing seamless support and continuity of care from our warm professional team.

As a Scheduler you will be responsible for coordinating the roster for our clients while maintaining teams and or assisting and matching the staff member to the client personality and needs.
- Using our digital rostering system to prepare and manage the roster.
- Ensuring all data is entered and data integrity is maintained
- Administration duties
- Problem solving and trouble shooting
- Continually communicating and working with others in the Care Management to satisfy the needs of all clients in the business.

This is a full time Monday - Friday role with a rotational on call roster. (Remunerated accordingly)

- Time management and organisational skills to effectively plan and prioritise work tasks
- A flexible and empathetic approach to manage the sensitivities of client and care team feedback.
- Computer literacy, experience in scheduling desired.
- The ability to work autonomously with a team focus to contribute to our team and our core values.
