**The Opportunity**

**Fixed Term Contract - 12 Months**

**Location - Sydney or Melbourne office**

Due to ongoing growth across the firm, this newly created role will see you play a critical role in supporting the Internal Recruitment Manager in effective management of the end-to-end recruitment process for Pinsent Masons across Australia. As the Recruitment Advisor, you will be responsible for providing support with coordination of the recruitment process for all roles across the business, as well as the opportunity to manage process for high volume recruitment roles in both the fee-earner and business operation spaces. You will work closely with stakeholders in the region and be heavily involved in the strategy of the recruitment process as it continues to evolve. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to further develop their skill set in the recruitment space and be a part of establishing an internal recruitment function from the ground-up.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Preparing engaging adverts and job descriptions to place across various platforms and managing the response;
- Interview scheduling and liaising with hiring managers and our recruitment partners;
- Collaborating with HR Business Partners in order to ensure that interviews are set up promptly and efficiently, and feedback is collected and relayed;
- Making offers and advising on the offer management process;
- Ad hoc HR projects.
- Ideally prior experience as a recruitment coordinator, either in agency or if in-house, from a professional services or law firm environment,
- Expert knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruitment platforms,
- A confident communicator with the ability to engage with a varied employee and stakeholder audience,
- Excellent written communication skills with strong attention to detail,
- Proactive and comfortable taking initiative when faced with new challenges,
- Strong organisational skills and ability to handle multiple priorities,
- Demonstrate a high level of discretion and confidentiality at all times,
- Be an effective team player and have strong interpersonal skills including confidence, positivity and the ability to gain credibility,
