**What you'll be doing**
- Operating production machinery and equipment with precision and care
- Handling raw materials and finished components with a focus on quality
- Following safety procedures and production protocols
- Supporting your team to meet targets and keep things running smoothly
- Working across shifts in a clean, modern, and safety-first facility

**What we're looking for**
- Reliable and physically fit individuals with a can-do attitude
- Willingness to work rotating or fixed shifts
- A strong commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork
- Previous manufacturing or production experience is highly regarded - but not essential

**Assessment Centre** - applicants who progress to the next stage of this recruitment process will be invited to attend an interview and site tour at Wellcamp on **Tuesday 3 June 2025** for approximately 2 hours. You will be required to bring with you the following documents:

- Right to Work in Australia - Australian passport OR Australian birth certificate OR working visa/Immi card and international passport
- Driver licence
- Any relevant tickets, certificates, licences (e.g. forklift)
- Alternatively, you will have the option to upload any of these documents when you submit your resume._

If you progress after interview, you will need to complete a pre-employment medical assessment in Toowoomba later in the week (paid for by Wagners). There will be a number of times available Wednesday 4 June to Friday 6 June.

We will also activate a criminal history check on you prior to an offer of employment.
- Successful applicants are expected to start Monday 16 June 2025. This date may be negotiable._
