Primary objective is to ensure that NTT Australia maintains accurate pricing and master data to enable efficient & reliable quoting for both internal and external stakeholders. Required to also take ownership of the code creation process into the ERP to facilitate the procurement process.
**Working at NTT**
**General**
- Responsible for optimising data management of Direct catalogues
- Identify and recommend process improvement related to all pricing activities to drive innovation in the funtion
- Upload NTT Direct exchange rates & product report of for any affected quotes
- Liaise with suppliers to streamline and identify B2B business opportunities
- Key contributor for user acceptance testing and sign off for pricing processes
- Problem identification and resolution - ensure appropriate level of investigation is performed or escalate to ensure issues are resolved in a timely manner.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationship with key internal and external stakeholders
- Attend and contribute in team meetings
- Liaise with suppliers to ensure that pricelist updates are received on a scheduled basis as per the NTT Direct catalogues file in SharePoint
- Shared responsibilities for the pricing function for any system related upgrades, development and improvement initiatives. This includes, but is not limited to upcoming global system and version upgrades
- Manage and maintain system data integrity, future and past. Liaise with NTT Line of Business management & Finance team regarding the ongoing maintenance of NTT Direct pricing data.
- Provide training and guidance to any existing & new team members when necessary
- Assist with documenting key procedures and processes and store centrally for use as training collateral
- Assist maintaining accurate work instructions for all NTT Direct pricing functions and generate process workflow where required.
- Partner with the Direct Pricing Analyst to ensure all catalogue management is in line with company policy and meeting all stakeholders requirements
- Utilise the Direct Global Help Desk to action required system updates
- Develop a high level understanding of the NTT Direct business and understand the links between the pricing component and other aspects of NTT Direct.
**Catalogue Management**
- Maintain and create all current and new catalogue requests. This includes, but is not limited to standard, additional services, child & customised catalogues
- Ensure all pricing rules are maintained and accurate, including default margins, vendor surcharges and shipping factors
- Management of promotional pricing, including customer pricing and general vendor based pricing
- Perform appropriate quality checks to ensure all pricing updates are correct
- Ensure catalogue data is aligned with current vendor pricing presented in a format which is intuitive and user friendly
- Engagement with business to define and optimise future pricing requirements
- Build and develop professional relationships with key vendors and partners
- Maintain, monitor and confirgure the existing Python scripts for automated catalogue creation and loading
**Reporting**
- Provide input into Quarterly review of Ad-hoc and monitor sundry items.
- Help facilitate quarterly margin report and distribute to relevant NTT Australia business owners (Line of Business and Account Managers) to review and confirm existing margins.
