We are looking for an exceptional Procurement and Logistics Manager to join this privately owned business that supports all of the major electricity infrastructure providers with a wide range of power solutions across Australia and in targeted overseas markets.

The Procurement and Logistics Manager will be team-oriented with a positive attitude, a high attention to detail and strong communication skills.

They will be responsible and accountable for the delivery of all procurement and logistics activities in the Service Business Unit. These primarily include:

- Develop strategic service partnerships.
- Develop and implement procurement strategies.
- Negotiate Supplier/Contractor agreements - materials, plant, equipment, vehicles, training.
- Manage supply of transport services (inbound and outbound)
- Manage plant and equipment procurement, maintenance, and calibration activities.
- Lease management of fleet vehicles and regional facilities
- Ensure compliance to Chain of Responsibility obligations.
- Strongly support the Project Delivery function
- Report key performance indicators against targets
- Manage and developing employees to achieve performance targets.
- Ensure day-to-day goals and objectives are met; and
- Develop and improve operational efficiency in systems and processes.

We are looking for someone with stakeholder management experience in heavy industry. And a degree in supply chain management, logistics or business administration, or relevant experience.

**Salary**: $110,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
