**How will I help?**

The Private Wealth Line of Business includes Private Banking, Investment Services and Online Share Trading portfolios. Our Mission is to deliver clients an enduring financial advantage by delivering insights, expertise and opportunities that will help them grow, manage and protect their wealth.

The communications specialist, will work closely with the Client Experience and Marketing teams and a variety of external suppliers to ensure the successful development and delivery of client communication programs.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- The design and execution of a leading communication programs _
- Work with Directors of Client Experience to develop Private Banking, Global Investment Services and Online Share Trading client communication campaigns, from ideation to deployment
- Document client journeys relative to campaigns and coordinate all facets of communications programs including timeframes, content, and technical requirements
- Ensure best practice High New Worth communications and style guides are followed
- Support business and Customer Experience strategies _
- Acquisition strategy: Support Private Wealth growth aspirations by developing client experience journeys and communications to support product and service acquisition programs
- Retention strategy: Identify opportunities to support client loyalty. Understand themes of interest (via _Curated _insights) that can be used in client communications and events
- Analysing client feedback to improve advocacy _
- Develop and analyse metrics of communications campaigns
- Understand key NPS insights to enhance / uplift client advocacy.

**What do I need?**
- Have detailed experience in Financial Services
- Be Degree qualified in Marketing, Communications or similar
- Be highly organised and work autonomously to deliver programs in line with strategic priorities
- Have proven CRM experience with end-to end campaign management and execution experience
- Be experienced in the SalesForce ecosystem, Adobe and MS Office products.
- Deeply understand data & how to derive reporting insights
- Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills
- Have strong relationship and influencing skills
