**Client Service Coordinator - ANZ**

Blis is looking for an enthusiastic client service coordinator to join our commercial team. The most important aspect of this role is to work closely with the sales team and our clients to deliver best in market account management, service delivery, as well as tasks from a brief. If you are a highly organised, detail oriented go getter, who loves working with clients and supporting a team to succeed, then this could be the role for you

**Key responsibilities**
- Day-to-day client relationship management, account management and exemplary service to our clients
- Ensure smooth completion of tasks, including campaign delivery, timely responses to client queries and requests
- Develop solid understanding of the Blis platform to effectively communicate platform targeting capabilities to clients as required
- Work closely with the Sales lead to understand client needs and gather all relevant information for campaign preparation and activation, including kick-off meetings, calls, and follow up actions
- Work closely with Ad Operations to support campaign set up and delivery
- Manage the creative process when required, including understanding client creative requirements, developing briefs for creative team and ensuring creative is ready on time
- Ensure timely reporting and client communication
- Support the CS team with their analysis on campaign performance and trends.
- Support the sales team with the prospecting, pitch and reporting process as needed
- Support the build out of client case studies with the Strategy and / or Insights team to showcase best practices
- Provide support to the Client service team with administrative tasks as required, such as pulling screengrabs
- Provide support to the ANZ Leadership team with administrative tasks as required, such as helping to organise team meetings and events, client invites and catering and other duties as required from time to time
- Effective use & management of internal processes & systems such as Zoho, JIRA and the Blis Platform

**Skills and requirements**- Passion for media and enjoys working in a team environment
- Exposure to ad trafficking, tracking and ad server technologies such as Doubleclick Campaign Manager (DCM) preferred but not essential (we can train you)
- High level of attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational & time management skills & the ability to meet deadlines
- Stakeholder management, troubleshooting, analytical, & problem-solving skills
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
- Solid Excel & MS Office skills favourable
- Commercial acumen & resilience
