You will work from a modern trade counter/branch and take responsibility for its customer service efficiency both over the phone and face-to-face with customers who visit by providing strong technical advice.

The following skills and attributes are critical:

- Customer service approach ideally from an industrial supplies environment or experience with other mechanical type products
- An understanding of hydraulic/pneumatic seals/cylinders would be ideal but not mandatory
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Good mathematical skills to do simple calculations and measurements
- Problem solving ability
- Sound computer literacy
- A positive, can do attitude and willingness to learn
- An ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
