**More about what you’ll do**
We are currently looking for an Internal Recruiter to join our vibrant, dynamic and friendly People & Culture team.
In this role, you will:
- Manage the end to end recruitment / talent acquisition function on a national scale
- Liaise with business leaders to identify clear role requirements, and create engaging and widely distributed job advertisements
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to deliver the strongest results to bring top talent into the business
- Stay current regarding recruitment trends and best practices
- Think outside the box and contribute new ideas to innovate current systems and processes
- Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews and co-ordinate interviews with business leaders
- Complete pre-employment checks including conducting reference checks
- Make employment offers, prepare and issue employment contracts and paperwork
- Oversee the Company’s employee referral programme
- Set up new employees in the Company's HRIS system (ConnX)
- Maintain current job descriptions for all roles performed in the business
- Conduct the induction and onboarding processes for new employees
- Provide monthly reporting on key recruitment metrics
- Ad hoc duties and project work as required
