**About The Opportunity**
Our team is growing and we’re looking for full time Recruitment Consultants to join our team. You don’t have to have previous recruitment experience to be considered for this position. We are looking for motivated individuals who display curiosity, a passion for helping others and a solutions focused mindset.
Working in close partnership with your team, you will work directly with clients to problem-solve and support their ongoing talent needs. This is a varied role in which you’ll have the opportunity to develop your professional skills across a range of areas including:
- Working across senior middle management and executive search processes
- Providing tangible market led insights to our executive clients to inform strategic business decisions
About You
We’re seeking individuals driven to deliver results for our clients, with a problem-solving mindset and curiosity to try new things. In addition, you will display:
- Tenacity, drive and commitment to delivering outcomes
- The ability to look at the bigger picture, understanding how the work we do directly contributes to the delivery of care in the community
- A creative mindset and the ability to identify when things are/aren’t having the desired impact
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- A desire to continue learning and developing in your role
