- Interface is a Technology and Business Transformation specialist recruitment agency based in Sydney but servicing clients all over APAC.

We are a results driven agency, which means that we will always be driven by our service and outcomes over stats. So the people we work with will never be a number to us, we are human centred. All of our consultants have decades of experience which is carefully curated to offer consultation, advice and a seamless recruitment process. We operate as an extension of our clients brand offering a service that proceeds itself at every stage of the process.

As a small, yet growing agency we are looking for people that want to be part of our journey as we scale. We will never be a 100 person agency, we will always be a boutique so that we can keep our intimate and human approach to what we do. But we do have big plans and we are always striving to be different and stand out amongst the noise. So we are looking for people that want to contribute to our journey.

We also have a fully remote working environment with access to shared offices in Sydney for people who prefer a hybrid environment.

**Experience**:
- We are looking for driven and motivated individuals to join our team. You need to be someone that is motivated by your reputation, not just making money but wanting to stand out because of your knowledge and service-
- If you have recruitment experience then great, but equally we are happy to take on a fresh pair of hands and give you the support and training you need.-
- An understanding of technology would be amazing but just an interest and willingness to learn is all we ask for-
- Being confident and articulate, ideally with business acumen will set you up for success but you won't find an ego here, so you can leave that at the door-
